SHIPPING POLICY
Postage prices for UK shipping:
We have done our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum, but it will be cost effective for you to order a number of items, as shipping will cost the same for one bar of soap as it does for four.
Shipping is calculated by weight at the checkout. You will have the opportunity to check the shipping costs before completing payment.
FREE delivery will be applied to orders over £30.
Orders up to 1.9kg will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class: £4.00 (2-3 working days).
Orders 2kg and over will be royal mail second class signed for: £9.00
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy as follows:
If for any reason you change your mind before your item is dispatched, just drop us an email and we will cancel your purchase and give you a full refund.
Where goods are faulty once received, please contact me via email or telephone, preferably with a picture of the problem, and we can agree a replacement or refund, depending on your wishes. We may require you to return the product and in this instance we will reimburse your postage costs.
If you decide you just do not want the item then I will accept a return within 14 days and will refund upon receipt of the undamaged item but the refund will not include your postage costs or mine.
